Question: How do I build up my arm strength for breakdancing!?
Hi
I have been doing break dancing now for about a month and a bit!.
I was just wondering how I can build up my arm strength so i can practice my handstands, freezes etc!. easier!.

Lifting weights couldn't hurt!.!.!.!. Or if you don't want to do that, doing about 100-200 pushups daily will build up strength!. Remember to give your body some rest after an intense workout!.

Remember that balance is also a huge part of breakdancing!.!.!. it's not only strength!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
