Question: Homecoming!.!.!.grinding!.!.!.!.grrr!?
Okay, seriously, I went to homecoming last night and basically everyone was grinding!. Some girls were like bending over and pulling there skirts down cuz they kept riding up!.!.!.and some dude was yelling "YOU'RE MY ASIAN SENSATION!" when a girl was grinding on him!.
A guy asked me to dance with him, and I just said yes!. So he put me in front of him and started like swaying back and forth, so I was like "not like that" and walked away!.!.!.!.and idk, it feels like!.!.!.I will never get a date to any type of formal occasion!.!.!.
Because I just don't want to do things like that! Does anyone else feel this way!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm a guy and in school, while I saw the appeal, it never seemed classy to me so I never bothered going to dances!.
(Now as an older fart, I've taken up Blues dance which is very sensual and very classy!.!.!. too bad I didn't take up blues at a younger age!. Totally would have swept the girls off their feet in slow dances)Www@QuestionHome@Com
It's all just for fun, but if it makes you uncomfortable than don't go!. Instead you could invite your friends to your own dance party or movie night or whatever!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
Well!.!.!. throughout my four years of highs school grinding is pretty much all we did at dances, not to mention that's what we do in the clubs around here!.
To be honest, grinding is just a very flirty and suggestive way of dancing, I don't consider it to be trashy at all!.!.!. However it's not for everyone, you showed good character in not scumming to peer pressure!. The main thing is that you do whatever you feel comfortable doing!.
However!.!.!. grinding is here to stay like it or not and if you thought it was bad in high school, just wait until you get into nightclubs!. But like I said, just do whatever you feel comfortable doing and don't worry about what everyone else is doing!.
