I agree, your arms get thin and strong by holding them up for so long!. Dancers also must do other things, though!. I know this is obvious, but eating a healthy diet is a must!. also, lifting weights is a great way to improve muscle!. The "thera-bands" or whatever you want to call them are what I use, and they REALLY work your arms if you do it the correct way!. Good luck!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well!.Muscular ams look kind of gross!.
Legs though,I dont know about arms!.So don't try this with your arms!.If you kinds turn you foot you will work the side of you muscules in your thighs so you dont get muscular legs!.If you keep your foot straight it will work the middlish part of you leg and make you have muscular legs!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most dancers have strong arms because we have to hold them in one position for a LONG time!. You could try push ups or buying a ther-band and doing the exercises that go with them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
