Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Start with your feet approx!. 2-2 1/2 ft!. apart, arms out to your sides, facing forward!. Lean to your right; then to your left (hold each stretch about 10 seconds)!. (This stretches your sides!.) Bend forward, with your arms out to your sides still, and swing around to the right a bit; then your left!. Lean back, then swing around to your right: then your left!. Bend down and grab your right ankle; then over to your left!. (This stretches yur back and stomach!.) Now sit on the floor, with your legs in front of you!. Lean forward and touch your toes!. Then sit up and point/flex your toes about 10 times!. (Quadraceps in your legs!.) Now do a straddle sit (legs out to the side as far as you can go comfortably), and lean over to touch your right foot; then your left!. Now "walk" your arms down until you're as close to the floor as you can get, still with your legs in straddle position!.(Sides, hamstrings!.) Now switch to butterfly position (start with your feet straight out in front of you, then put your feet together and bring them in towards your pelvis, making sure to keep your knees as close to the floor as possible)!. Bend over your legs, going down as far as you can!. (Inner thighs!.)
Yoga will also help!.
