Question: I want to learn how to pole dance HELP!?

I dont want to waste my money on a class!. I have a pole, can some one give me links to websites or videos that tell you what to do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Don't use carmen's dvds, all she teaches you to do is shake your butt and lick your lips!.!.!.lol!. And ignore the idiot that claims there is no skill involved!. Look up the S factor and watch Youtube!. I took the beginner and intermediate classes and loved every minute of ti!. However, when I moved I discovered there was no one teaching in my area!. I pick up moves from Youtube, and I started having friends ask me to teach them!. I now have a lot of students and make a great extra income teaching it out of my own home!

Find someone in a club or on Youtube who's moves you did!. Then strike up a friendship and hang out together working on moves or emailing each other tips!

By far the best DVD I've come across is the one offered by Elizabeth in Canada!. She has her own studio and not only does her vid have tricks and spins, it also has some great exercises and workouts!.
