Stretch every single day!! Do lots of stomach stretches, especially to the side! :)
also, a lot of what she's doing are traditional belly dancing moves!. Go on youtube and watch some bellydancing videos! :)

Well, it's quite simple really!. First, you have to go and run really fast and fall head over heels, this will help you dislocate your spine!. Then, you need to get in sort of a squatting position and have one of your friends hit you with the front end of their car (sub compact) so that they can break all but 4 of your ribs!. After you've left the hospital and had your full body cast removed, gone through physical therapy, and regained the ability to walk, go take some yoga to increase flexibility!. I have no clue how she is that flexible, but she's really good at it!. I can say just study her moves until you can mimic them and enroll in some dance classes!. But yeah, the first part of my answer was a bunch of hot air, just get into some yoga to improve flexibility and get into some latin ballroom dance!. This dance is bizarre but I guess it is where to start!?


some people are born that way!. people who have a long body tend to have more space between their ribs and hip bones, and so tend to be more flexible there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
