Help on the splits for dance and cheerleading!?
I've been dancing at a dance studio for almost 2 years now (I know not a lot) and I can finally do the splits!. The problem is I can only go down into it on my right leg!. What I really need to do is go down the middle with both my legs, without hurting myself!. Last year I only took jazz, but now I'm studying jazz ballet and modern dance!. I've also joined my school cheerleading team, and I'm definitely going to need to be able to do the splits then!.!.!.so can somebody help!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'd say keep stretching the right leg, but start focusing a bit more on stretching the left leg!. Your right side is more dominant than the left since you stretch that side more!. Focus on the left, and you'll see your splits getting better!. Try to hold your stretches for at least 30 seconds!. Hold your left splits as far as you can go until you get a little discomfort, and hold for 30 seconds!. Stretch everyday for at least 15-30 minutes and you'll get your splits in no time!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
