Question: How to get a higher develope!?
I have the flexibility to do it, but I really need the strength for it!. Any strengthening exercises I could do!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

One thing that has definitely, definitely helped me is the use of ankle weights!. I bought adjustable 5 lb pairs at Wal-Mart!. They wrap around your ankle and attach by velcro, and they have six sand/weight pouches you can insert or remove from them!. I start out using one pouch!. It doesn't seem like much, but you'd be surprised how sore you can get from using just one! But doing kicks while wearing them 4-5 days a week helps!. also, holding your developes while wearing the ankle weights DEFINITELY helps!. And then after a week or two, add another pouch!. And then continue on this!. It won't happen over night, but it will DEFINITELY help in the long run!!

Sitting on the ground and flexing your quads to bring your feet off the floor strengthens from your knees up!.

Holding your leg out with the knee straight at a 90 degree angle for a long period of time works the quad!.

Practice your developes in slow motion, and really concentrate on bringing your leg down slowly!.

squats are good for the butt and quads

lunges work the whole leg

Take your ankle into your hand and lift it, and after a few minutes release your ankle and try to hold it there! that worked for me! hope it will also for U!
