Question: Which type of pointe shoes are there that don't rip as easily!?
I just recently bought Grishko's 2007 and they seem to rip very easily!. Does anyone know a good brand of pointe shoes that the cloth does not rip easily!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

which part of the shoes rips!. usually for me its the cloth on the box (the point you stand on when en pointe) if this is true than there are none!. you would have danced hard enough that they rip!. truthfully it is better if they rip there!. you just cut off the excess cloth and it helps so much!. if it is not that part than possibly russian pointes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well if ur talking about the tops of ur pointe shoes ripping like the material on the top of the box were u go up then u actually want that to rip because then it is easier to turn, etc!.!.!.if u want sturdier pointe shoes i suggest bloch!.!.!.i have really strong feet and bloch is the best kind for me!.!.!.hope i helped :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Bloch pointe shoes are pretty sturdy!. I'm surprised that Grishko's aren't but you never know!. also try Capezio!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have bloch serenades and the material is pretty sturdy!! never heard of ripping pointe shoes, maybe hey were wayy too big!! also don't so you ribbon on the thick edges!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
