Make sure to put lotion on your legs before putting on yout slippers and once they are on and tied spray both legs with hairspray!.

This is an old trick that gymnasts and dancers use to keep things in place and it really works! Www@QuestionHome@Com

use rosin (dont know if i spelt that right) its something like crushed glass, it yellow and you can buy it at any dance store!. You can also put it on the bottom of you pointe soes to help you from slipping ona slippery stage!. I've never had a problem with my ballet ribbons - perhaps try tightening them a little!? A little hairspray on the knot never hurt anybody aswell :]Www@QuestionHome@Com

hair spray and also if need I use a very small piece of velcro that you cant see and just get a new pair of tights after my show!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
