Question: Breakdancing(bboying) windmidmill help!?

i can do 1 full rotation of a windmill but my shoulder is killing when i just touch it, i dont see a bruise, it hurts like crazy cuz i land straight onto my shoulder, anything to tell me so i dont hurt anymore or to prevent hurting it when i windmillWww@QuestionHome@Com

when you connect see if you can clear that rotation and land on your back or roll on your shoulders instead of landing on it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

did u dislocate ur shoulder!? well maybe change how ur arms are positioned into a position that ur most comfortable with!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
