stretch everyday
take tons of yoga classes
hold your positions for 2 minutes without coming up

U COULD TRY PILATES, YOGA AND U SHOULD STARTIN STRETCH EVERY DAY BUT REMEMBER TO WARM DOWN!!

I suggest either: ballet, jazz, or some type of gymnastics!.
