Question: Is it normal for a guy be the colonel of a high school drill team (dance)!?

i have a friend who joined his high school drill team (dance) since freshman year!.!. and now as a senior he is the colonel! he is the only guy in the team and he is the leader!.!.!. so is it normal for a guy to be the colonel!? explain yes or no!Www@QuestionHome@Com
