Question: What kind of stretches work for the hips/pelvis!?

I'm trying to get my splits!. I'm starting to think it's my hips!. What kind of stretches should I do!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lay on the ground, and make wide circles with your legs!. one at a tie!.

also, you can prop up your legs on a chair or something and lean into them!. put most of the pressure on your hips!.
