Question: Can you make the point in your foot better for dance!?
Hi! Well, i was just wondering whether or not there are exercises, stretches etc!. to make the point in your foot better!.!.!.!.!. Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes, I've been a dancer for 12 years, and you can definitely make your arch better!. You can even get these foot stretching machine things, but you don't have to go that far!. The first thing to do is stretch a lot! Especially stretches like splits, which stretch your back foot arch, and frappes, and other areas where you have to point!. Floor bar is always good too!. Just remember that to get better at something, you have to practice all the time! Oh, another stretch is forst arches, where you plie, then go on half point, and it really stretches your arch!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes there are definitely ways to improve the arch of your foot!. the main thing i would say to do is to use a Theraband!. also, try having a friend stretch your feet!. sit of the floor with your feet out in front of you, and have someone try to touch you toes to the floor!. then have them let go and try to keep your feet in the same place!. as for the Theraband exercises, i would try googling some!. also, check out some different dance magazines; they usually have some pretty helpful tips!. really hopes this helps and good luck with your dancing!Www@QuestionHome@Com

hi hi, lily put it very well :) ive been dancing for about 12 years and yea there are tons of ways you can do that!. try Therabands!. they REALLY improved my arches and made my feet really strong!. like lily said, frappees really help too!. try googling feet strengthening exercises and see what comes up!.
