LOL!. You aren't going to impress your friends by doing the worm!. They will just laugh at you!. It is actually pretty difficult though!. It takes a bit of contortion and a lot of abdominal strength!. Try a windmill first!. You have to be able to do a handstand before you can do this though!.it takes a lot of strength!.
