How do i convince my parents to let me take more dance classes?

Question: How do i convince my parents to let me take more dance classes!?

right now, i only take one dance class (jazz)!.
but dance is seriously my passion and love it sooo much!
i want to take more classes so i can maybe make competition teams next year!.
how do i convince my parents to let me!?!?!?

Right now i'm currently only taking one dance class as well, M!.T(musical theatre)& just like you i'd like to take more classes!!

&& I've been asking my mom for awhile to allow me to do another class or two,now since I'm in advanced classes, i have class at like 8:30 at night & the other classes I want to take are earlier, and it would be a lot of running around as well as a lot of dedication!!

If you really want to convince your parents, you have to tell them and SHOW them how you really want this & after a couple of talks with my mom shes really starting to come around; her only problem is how i got hurt in dance a lot && she thought i was pushing myself too hard & she doesnt want that to happen again! so really just show them that you really want this & they at the end of the day should come around!!!

&& i dont see how you'd have to quit soccer, unless your other dance classes happen to be on that day!. & night!!

First off, I did competition team for about 3 years starting a few years ago!. It was lots of hard work and dedication, especially if you are planning on competiting and winning at those big competitions!. There was no time for extra things like soccer, for me at least!. I suggest you explain how passionate you are about dancing!. Ask them why you aren't allowed to take more classes!. Hopefully you can work something out and improve your dance skills! Maybe by dropping the soccer you will prove to them how determined you are to just do dance!.
