you do this move in dance or cheer usually!.

its where your doing a split, but your not!. ahaha!.
you lean towards the left andd your head touched your knees or below and you hug your left leg but yourr right leg is up doing a split!.

A penche with your hands on the ground!? We do those sometimes at the barre during stretches, I am not sure if they have an official name though!.
