Question: How can i get better in the middle splits!?
(box splits) in about 3 months
idd like it to be 180 degrees!.

i used to do this in dance class and it made a difference! i have a few pointers!.!. my dance alternated between the few!.!.

1!. hold the side splits for a good five minues hands spread beside you( so your not holding your self up)
2!. go in the side split position and get some on to gently push down on your thighs, bum, which ever you prefer!. then get your partner to walk in front of you and while you are in the side split offer your hand to them (still in side splits)!. they will be holding your hand and your body in flat back position!.!. this will put more weight on your splits!.!.!.
3!. put your feet against the wall in stradle position and get some one to gently push you in toward the wall for 2 or 3 minutes then for the other 2 hold the position yourself!.
4!. lay on your back stradling your legs get some one to push your legs down to the ground!.!. while you resist and try to close your legs for 45 seconds!.!.!. then relax and your partner stops pushing!.!. repeat however many time you would like!
5!. side splits on chairs!.!.!. this is always a toughy but proves results!.!. placing your feet on 2 different chairs that are seperate from each other and hold your side split!

first of all be careful u don't want to hurt your self so do some basic stretching and then face a wall and open your legs so that your feet are touching the wall slowly slide your legs in until you can't go any farther there is your middle split every few minutes slide in a little don't push yourself or you can get hurt know your limits

Stretch every single day and hold it in that middle splits position while you watch TV or read!. Hold it for at least 30 minutes a day to gain flexibility!.

Every now and then, push yourself downwards or get someone to help you push downwards to make your legs be able to go further!. Try to hold it as far down as you can!. Then stretch to one side, then to the other!.

You're not too far, I know it's easier said than done but this will definitely get you there!.

try to do high developpes and do the cheer-leading exercises/warm- ups if you know some!. that will surely add to your flexibility!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
