Question: Pointe Shoe Help!!?!!?!!?!!?

I just got a brand new hair of pointe shoes and i wore them a few times, but I was having trouble getting over on my left foot!. I have bloch Synergies(sp!?) it turned out the vamp was too long!. my teacher tried slitting it, but it was still too long!. I was wondering if anyone knows of anything else i can try before i get a new pair!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, to me it sounds like you got fitted wrong!. I suggest going to another store to get fitted, because like most people, your feet are probably a little different shaped compared to the other!. It's no big deal though, it can be easily fixed!. Get the right pointe shoe and you will not emphasize you feet issues!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That stinks!.!.!. I don't know if they are damaged or anything, but I would try bringing them back to the store/ website where you got them!. Those shoes can be so expensive and it would be sucky to waste your money and still need new shoes!. I would definitely get new ones though, pointe can be painful enough with the right shoes haha!.!.!. Hope the store takes them back for you!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

cutting the shank-incase I got the name wrong the sole!. I have problems with getting over on the left in my bloch attetudes!.
Otherwise I highly recommend getting the bloch serenade, they are realy good!. just go get fitted!. And they aren't that expensive!.
