Okay, all of the people who say that grinding attracts the wrong type of girl aren't correct!. Most girls are willing to grind, not just the few sluts!. At homecoming last year, there were about three girls in my entire high school that didn't grind with someone!. It's not disrespectful unless you force someone to do it, which I highly doubt you would!. It's what people do in today's day in age!. I'm a girl and I don't think anything of it!.

Just moving to the music is another way of dancing in case the girl doesn't want to grind!. There really isn't a right or wrong way to dance at a school dance!. People pretty much do whatever they feel comfortable with!. You'll know what to do when the time comes, dancing is another one of those things!. Move your entire body, not just one part or else it looks kinda funny though!. There's also slow dancing too!. If a slow song comes on, definitely ask a girl to dance!. Don't be nervous about it because a girl will never say no unless they've already told someone they would dance with them, which in most cases is what they would be doing, so you don't need to worry!. Girls LOVE to be asked to dance!.

Talking is a good thing to do while you're dancing, as long as you're not grinding!. Then it's kind of hard to talk!. Yet again, you'll know what to do when the time comes with your hands and whatever else!. also, the girl will know what to do too, and she'll do what she feels comfortable doing, so you should too!. And again, there's no right or wrong thing to do!.

Stay away from girls who are too eager and throw themselves all over you!. Stay away from the girls who are dressed really slutty!. They're not worth it because they'll have another guy five minutes after you!. also, if a girl is drunk, don't dance with her because that can cause serious drama if her friends think you're taking advantage of her (even if you aren't, some girls are obnoxious and love to make drama with things like that)!. Girls who you're friends with are good options, as are girls you'd like to get to know better!.

Wear an oxford button down with khaki cargo shorts or an oxford button down with jeans!. Look nice but don't look like you spent hours trying to figure out what to wear, even if you didn't, which I doubt you would do!.

dancing is a lot of fun!

you should just be free, move around, you can hold the girl's hand or hands but don't grip them, just lightly hold her fingertips with yours or loosely intertwine your fingers together!.!.!.

practicing is a really good idea!. maybe watch some videos of people dancing to get some ideas!.

it doesn't really matter what you're doing as long as you have fun!. most people will be too busy dancing to notice you unless you're doing something outrageous on the dance floor!.

don't forget to move your feet, hips and shoulders (some people just move one part of their body)!.

also, it's a dance!. you're there to have fun not get married so don't stay away from any girls!. dance with as many girls as you can!. shy girls, nice girls, bad girls, pretty girls and plain girls ALL love to dance so just get out there and have fun! but please don't "grind" on girls, it's not very respectful!.

wear whatever you're most comfortable in!. stay away from black because the lights will pick any lint or other spots on black clothing!.!.!. you want to wear a color that looks good with your eyes and skin color!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
