Question: I need help to do a split!!?
i take dance and like everybody in my class can do a split! i really need an easy way to get flexible enough to do a split! Please help!

Doing lunges definitely helped me to do a split, but working at it a little everyday will make you more flexible!. Just be careful because if you over do it you can get hurt and won't be able to do much for a while!. I did this before to myself and it really stinks!. Oh, also remember to warm up extra when the cold weather comes!.!.!. The cold makes muscles tense up and more likely to pull something!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stretch every day, and everyday you'll get more flexible!. They can be just basic, simple stretches!. V-stretch is good!. Just keep trying and you'll get there!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

well im a level 7 gymnast and if you just stretch everyday slowly but surely you will get there don't rush it or push down past your limit go at your own pace it will work out lots better trust me!!
