Question: Flexibility!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
so today i found out that i was recommended for the hip hop class at my dance studio and i want to no how to get really flexible quickly!. especially my split!. im not that great at flexibility but i want to be so i can impress my new teacher!. suggestions!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Just stretch every day!. If u wanna do the splits go down as far as u can and hold it for a few seconds than go down a little further and hold it but don't push your self!. I am 12 and a male and i just recently got to the ground in the splits YAY!!If you use this advice u should be able to do the splits and stuff soon and good luck with the hip-hop and flexibility!. Streach every morning!. I'm so flexible that I can put my foot behind me and rest it on my shoulder while I'm standing, and I can do it without my hands helping (not trying to brag) and all I do is streach every morning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
