When you rise on pointe you kinda "crawl" up; Ur heal comes up and you HIT demi pointe then once at demi pointe you cont!. going up ;)

Releva (rel-la-vay) Is when you shoot up on pointe so you feet move together a lil bit!. my teacher says its like you being sucked but a straw!
