i want to learn how to do freezes with ease, i can turtle freeze no problem but when i try baby freeze my stabbing elbow slips and his my hips so i fall, any tips!? and when i try to air chair i cant hold my self up, with any arm, any workouts before this or tips or techniques!? thanksWww@QuestionHome@Com
