trying getting subscription the 'The Stage' newspaper, if you're seriously looking, as they regularly advertised open audidtion sessions in there!.
You can probably look online as well but be careful please becasue online they advertise for the sort of dancers that at 14 you certainly couldn't do!.

Yes!.Do subscribe to the stage but also
-start up a troupe with some friends and enter festivals/competitions
-join a dance school or academy where they will find one for you
-get alot of experience in preforming and grades in dance
-place advetisements in local community centres/libaries chances are if your serious someone will take you on
