Question: Dance!? I'm sore make it better!?
we had or first practice (we have 5 left be4 tryouts)
how do i deal with being sore and the bruises do i just suck it up will it get better i don't like pain pills
!?!?

sitting down and doing nothing is the worst if you are sore!. Stretch a few times a day and go for a walk!.!.!.trust me you will feel noticeably better with in the next day or two!.!.!.As for the bruises you just have to suck up that pain!. my secret is 'tiger balm'!.!.!.on muscles!!! its reaallllly good put it on when you are around the house just dont let it touch clothing because it could givr you a chemical burn if it touches fabric!.!.!.bruises go away with time!.!.!.dont take pain killers because they hide the pain and you could injure yoursellf more

i've been dancing all my life and i'm pretty much sore every single day!. it's ok you get used to it after a while!. do not take any pain killers because they can make you drowsy and stufff!.!.!. the only thing you can do is suck it up!. good luck at the tryouts :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

hot showers or baths, plus stretching for the soreness!. arnica fore the bruices!. you can get arnica gel at whole foods!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well you have a few choices!. Take a hot bubble bath the night before tryouts!.

Take an Ibuprofen or advil or tylenol

Suck it up!.
