well for our studio ballet last year we did Coppelia, and i was in 11 pointe dances!.!.!.i don't remember the exact songs!. lol

lyrical - hide and seek by imogen heap (best song/dance combo ever!)
jazz #1 - everything's just wonderful by lily allen (edited version)
jazz #2 - all good things by nelly furtado
character jazz - it wont be long from across the universe (the movie)
hip-hop - a big mix of a bunch of rap
breakdance - fuego by pitbull
modern - i can only imagine by mercyme
bellydance - some indian song lol!. idr
poms - fire by scooter -- but it was remixxed
irish - some riverdance song lol
tap - hit me up by gia farrell

aaand my solos/duos!.!.!.even though i had 4 solos in coppelia these were different:
solo #1 (pointe) - some classical thing!.!.!.i don't remember it sorry lol
solo #2 (jazz) - open my eyes by buckcherry (acoustic)
solo #4 (lyrical) - time of your song by matisyahu
duo #1 (character jazz) - rip her to shreds by boomkat
duo #2 (character jazz #2) - taylor the latte boy - idr the artist
duo #3 (jazz) - SOS by the jonas brothers

these would be very hard dances for someone who doesn't have much experience, (i'm 15, been dancing for 14 years lol) , keep in mind that i dance over 50 hours/week and am at the highest level of my very very presitigious studio!.!.!.we've been ranked as #1 in north america before! and we continue to stay on top lol!.

I take college dance classes just for fun and exercise now, so I haven't performed since my last semester in dance troupe!. I took lyrical, ballet, and a stretch and tone for dancers class last semester!. My last dance show, I choreographed a lyrical ballet to On My Own by The Used, and also performed in a tap dance to Build Me Up Buttercup!. I didn't have time to be in any other dances!. Next semester I won't have time for dance troupe, but I'm taking advanced pointe and stretch and tone again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Umm, lets see!.!.!.!.
-my ballet was to a smooth jazz song (i dont know the title)
-my tap was to the jazz song "Chicago"
-my jazz was to "You're the One That I Want" from Grease
-my pointe dance was classical music
-my finale number (which was basic jazz) was the slow jazzy version of "Route 66"Www@QuestionHome@Com

It was the tango with my husband and I think it was just a typical tango song!. I can't really remember but it was fun and annoying at the same time!. My husband wasn't as into it as I was and that was very frustrating!. I don't know why men are resistant to learning formal dancing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
