stretch every day and hold each stretch for 30 seconds or more, and hold your splits for at least a few minutes each day!.
i always sit in my splits while i watch tV, since it keeps your mind off the pain!
a good stretch is to put your butt up against a wall while laying down and spread your legs into straddle!.
another great one is to go into lunge position, and then come up and straighten both legs so they're facing forward and about two steps apart and put your nose to your front knee!.
don't push yourself too fast though!.!.!.!.!. it won't come overnight and you don't want to hurt yourself!.

You don't get really flexible really fast!. It is something that takes your muscles time to reach!. Doing exercises everyday will help you reach your goal of being flexible, but it isn't going to happen over night or even in a month!. It takes timeWww@QuestionHome@Com
