Am I too old to start dancing competitively!? My parents aren't supportive of this so I'm all on my own!. Do I just go sign up at a studio or something!? How much is it usually per class!? But call, or go to a dance studio and ask about cometition!. But I wouldn't wait that long!. I know my dance studio has audtitions for the competition teams, and our auditions are next week, because the competition dancers start before the regular ones!. But competition can get pretty expensive!.!.you have to pay for classes (at my studio you have to take all the classes) then you have to buy the costumes, and then the fees for the cometition!. As for the cost of classes!. It depends on your studio, and how long the classes are!. But go for it!.!.and good luck!! I'm actually going to ask if I can be placed in the competition classes at my studio :) I was worried that they wouldn't let me because I'm going to be 15 but I just realized that there shouldn't be an age limit!. Go to a studio and when you sign up, ask to be placed in a class that competes!.
