I just went to my first day of class yesterday, it was fun!. I really recommend finding an instructor near your town!. There is so much you can learn from having a real person present because they help you with the moves and all!. See my blog too!. There is so many techniques and everyone is different!.
You can also go to your local library and look for books or home videos!. Or you can find them online or similar stores!.

The best way to learn how to belly dance is to find a good class in your area!. You might learn a few things through videos, but you can't be sure that you have learned them correctly!. Incorrect posture can contribute to injuries!. You get live feed back in a class!. I enjoy the other dancers in the class, and I learn from them in addition to the instructor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My girlfriend is a bellydance instructor and well known dancer in Melbourne!. I suggest you look for a teacher who practices safe dance technique and has the ability to teach choreography!.
