Question: Developpes!? please help!?
ok!. i can do a developpe, but it is soo low to the ground!. except for my side developpe!. but that i can only hold for like 2 seconds!. everyone else in my ballet class has they're feet up so high, and i want to build muscle so that i can do that to!.
any exercises that might help!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Do grusome streach ( hold your ankle and bring your leg up as high you can get it properly) hold for 8 counts, then let go of your leg and hold for 4 counts, then devolope it as high you can get it , holding that for eight counts also!. hope this helps, cause thats what I do in class!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

do struddle sit and jump for flexibility of your legs and then do leaping for muscle development!. do it habitually and if possible do it in a proper way many does it but do not do it properly that is why they do not see developments!.!.!.!.z!.!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
