Question: How do you get better jump in seconds!?
im pretty flexible and i know i have to plie and what not to get up in the air but i know people who aren't as flexible and their legs get hyper extended! does any one have any tips on how i can do that!?

also, i need tips on scissor seconds!.!Www@QuestionHome@Com

My lyrical teacher said that to get higher jumps you have to stretch the achilles tendon!. By stretching it you are improving the length!. People with longer achilles tendons are able to jump higher!.
To stretch this, do lunges!.

I don't know if I understand the question correctly, but I'll try my best!. If you want to get better at any jumping, make sure to stretch the muscles being used right before, or if you're doing it as a committed thing, try to stretch them every day!.
