dayum, i've been bboyin for 1 month now and!.!.

i cant even do continuous windmills yet :( i can only do 1 rotation (and sometimes i fail at those too lmao)

i can do elbow plants though ^_^

i think!.!. windmill is the powermove that doesnt require much str and is mostly technique!.

and flare requires a bit of str though!.

and airflares u DO need strength and technique as well!.

BUT if u keep practicing flares ull slowly develop the muscles u need!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you can do all that, then I'm sure you definitely have the muscle!. Just because someone isn't extra defined or cut, doesn't mean they don't have muscle!. I think it definitely takes muscle to break dance!. I'm a ballet dancer so all my strength is in my lower body, I feel like I have 0 upper body strength so break dance and hip hop and anything that requires me to support myself with my arms is a big challenge!. All dance forms require muscle one way or another, and you sound like you already got some that you're workin with :DWww@QuestionHome@Com
