Here are some tips:
~Roll out your archs!. Fill a plastic water bottle with hot water!. Place it on the ground so it is on its side and able to roll around!. Put the bottle right under the arch of your foot and slowly roll back and forth!. This will relieve the tension in the muscle and the heat will help soothe it!.
~Soak your feet in a warm bathtub filled with epson salt!. This will relax the foot muscles and help your feet from swelling
~Clip back your toenails so that they don't cause any toe pain
~DON'T remove calluses!. They will help cushion your feet as you dance
~Use paraffin wax on your feet!. Melt it down and dip your feet in it!. The heat is very soothing!. Peel off the wax and your feet will be soft and relaxed!.

I hope I've helped! Good luck on your recital and happy dancing!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
