Question: ID this dance song for me!!?

I need someone to ID this song for me!
It is a dance song that sounds like it came out in the 80s or 90s!. It is sung by a woman and judging by her vocal power, she sounds black!. Everytime I hear it at the club I can only make out a few phrases so here they are:
"All the memories of what love can be
You are here with me"

i personally like the original version of this song, which is performed by fredda payne!.
