Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: we have an adult class at my ballet studio as well!. There are adults who are about 45-55 years old still taking it!. I don't think it's ever too late for anyone who is determined and dreams big!.Www@QuestionHome@Com i think it is awesome that u want to start ballet again and know that u asked if there was anybody in there 30's that are dancing and i am only 16 but have been doing dance for like since i was three and will be starting again myself but to tell u at my dance studio they had classes for adults and plus my mom and i did a mother daughter thing had she had alot of fun dancing and she was in her 40's so i know for a fact that there are ppl dancing in there 30's so go ahead and dance again and have fun doing it!Www@QuestionHome@Com Hello!.!.!. At my studio there are ladys that come that are in their 50's! They stretch and do barre and even some middle work!. They always say how it is more fun than the gym!. My advice is to go for it!. Since you already have some experience, you will find it coming back to you!. Have fun with it!.
