Question: I want to be able to do a full split for dance in 4 weeks how would i be able to get that!?

Flexible!.!.!. Wait did you say FAST!?! Ok, I was doing dance for 4 years and I didn't get flexible until the third!. After I quit dancing now I am not flexible!. What I suggest doing is every morning and night Trying to do the splits each day for 10 seconds, and as each day goes on, add on 5 seconds!. Then start trying to do different things like a bridge and a cartwheel!. Then watch some youtube movies!. Get a REAL movie from the store, perhaps sign up for lessons!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i learned how to do a split in two days!. you do a half split!.!.!. which is putting whatever leg you do a split with in while you stretch the other back leg ou and the further the back leg stretches out!.!. the more flexible you will be [ do this maybe 5 times a day and hold it for like 3 mins]Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretch it out every day until it hurts!. just be patient, you'll get it! also, make sure that you stretch even after you get it, because you can lose it just like that *snaps fingers*

Be sure to strech out everyday before you do the splits!.Do the splits everday and hang in them!. You will get lower if you do them everyday!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
