Question: What do you wear to dance to class on ur period!?

I wear a pad with soffe shorts over my leotard, you!?

I have to wear a tampon with a panty liner, because I'm heavier, so I have a heavier flow (sorry if that was too much info)!. But as long as I wear that, I can wear anything else, like bikers or leggings or tights over my leotard!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i suggest wearing a thinner pad if you cant wear tampons, one of thinner pads made to hold even the heavy flows!. like "always" makes that one pad that turns the liquid into gel almost right away!. and bring extras so you can change it once during your class so you don't feel yucky!.

You need to learn how to use tampons!. Talk to your mom for some of the smaller size ones for teens!. Read the directions and above all - relax your muscles! If you are all tensed up, you'll never get it done! You'll thank yourself - for the next pool party, too!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
