-one type is having your right leg in front of you and your left leg in back of you!. both straight and feet are pointed!.
-second type is the opposite way with your left leg in front of you and your right leg behind you
-the last type is the straddle witch is both of your legs straight to the side of you
-while doing all of these splits your hips have to be square and on the floor!.

for middle you stand up w/ ur ft!. shoulder length apart!.!.!.!.and go downn!.
