Question: My father and friends keep telling me to be a model!.!?

but when i get the courage to try it out, my dad tells me to do dancing after i retired as a dancer!.(ballet, hip hop)!. what do i do, now i want to try modeling and it feels like he's doubting me now and so is my motherWww@QuestionHome@Com

its up to you what you want to do in life!. stop worrying about what they want you to do!. they will be proud of you no matter what you end up doing!. even if you don't model, which is really hard to get into, and even if you don't dance!. which you already did and stopped doing!. so just live your life and enjoy being a kid because it goes fast!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It sounds like you don't want to do either, because you wouldn't have stopped dancing if you loved it!. Are you dancing because YOU love it or because you're doing for your parents!? Parents should be guiding and supporting their children!. It might be easier to dance then to model, because modeling is about whether you have the "looks"!. You can't deny good technique as a dancer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i personally dont think parents should force their kids into doing things there not intrested in!.
if you are intrested in it then go for it!. you know your capability and standards!
