I'm taking a pole class now and I can't get up that far on the pole by ANY means!.!.!. however I've learned that doing hip rolls on the pole will really look amazing!.!.!. simple spins that involve your feet being on the ground or mildly off the ground are really sexy!.!.!. if its a strip club you're in find something and make it yours!. There's the girl who's known for being upside down, the one who uses only her legs and so on!.!.!. BTW pretend to lick the pole but don't really if you go that route lol!.!.!. also there's liquid chalk available to help with grip if getting up the pole is becoming hard due to slippery hands or lack of upper body strength it may help!. Flip the hair, arch the back and use things around you like the bar, a chair, hang off the pole and go into a split using the pole to help lower you to the ground!.!.!. I know it may sound silly but if you're new to it use the pole as if it were a kinky dancing partner!.!.!. how would yo turn it on or how would you turn on someone you wanted to have a kinky time with!? You'll do amazing I'm sure! :-) Good Luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

when you're a pole dancer, you need strength in your arms and legs!. I would suggest that when you're trying to build up your strength, you need to create some sexy moves on the bottom half of the pole!. Wave your hair around, dance around it sway on it I don't know I'm not a pole dancer but my friends went to a club and!. They saw a girl lick the pole!. But I bet you could make up some sexy moves on your own too!. Good luckWww@QuestionHome@Com

a lot of gyms offer a pole dancing class!. i would imagine you need to work on your leg and arm muscles!. that would help you grip onto the pole!. good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
