Question: How do you do that!?!!?
When you grab your foot, then lift your whole leg at a angle, like cheerleaders do!. I saw a girl on a video dancing and she did it!. It looked cool!. What is it called!? LOL!. I sound like really stupid, but whatever!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It you streched everyday, you will be able to do it in no time!. you just need to be flexible!. when you first start doing it you might want to hold on to something, then eventually as you practice it and your balance gets better you wont need to hold on to something!. just make sure to warm up before you strech so you dont pull a muscle and if your muscles are warmed up then they will be easier to strech!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Its called many different things!. Ive always called them heel extensions or just extensions!. The best way to figure out where to put your hand is to sit down, bend your knee, put your elbow on your inner thigh, and grab just your heel then extend!. you can also learn how to do this with no hands or to pull it stright up and grab it with the other hand!.

Actually its called a 'leg extension'!.

I can't just tell you how to do it!. Pretty much you just grab the arch of your foot with your hand (arm turned out) and pull your leg up!. You've really got to stand up very straight too!.

It shouldnt be that hard if you can do splits easily!. Its all in the flexibility!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

learn splits, strech in a somewhat hot area so your muscels are loose!. Every time you get out of the shower stretch while your muscels are loose and you will be flexible enough to pull that off in no timeWww@QuestionHome@Com

It's just holding your leg!. If you have all of your splits (right, left, middle) down, it's really easy!. It just takes ballance and flexibility!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
