Question: Handstand problem!?
I've been trying to do the handstand for 3 days now!.!.!.

And i can't even hold it for like 3 seconds!.!.!. (cant seem to balance!?)

Was everyone else like this when they first tried the handstand!? How long did it take u guys to actually b able to do it!?

Any tips on how to do the handstand would b appreciated!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

When your in a handstand, try to push your self up so that your feet *touch the sky* lol!. also, don't stick your head out, look at the floor under you=) When I first tried a hanstand, I kept falling backwards and landing in a bridge haha!. Don't worry, keep practicing and you'll get it!. Plus, holding a handstand for 3 seconds is actually really long, it took me about a year to be able to do a "clean" handstand for 3 seconds haha!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To tell you the truth there are really no REALLY good tips for doing the handstand!. When ever i was walking around my house(To the Bathroom, To the Kitchen) I would just stop for a moment and do a handstand, eventually i would be able to do it for a longer and longer time!. But I'm Weird :P

Just Lock your arms and shoulders, those thing keep you up!. Use your legs to balance yourself!. You can use your hands to walk around if your falling a lot, and Spread those legs!

When i first started doing handstands i found myself constantly falling back on my legs because i was to afraid to fall forward and land on my back :[ So i tried to lean forward more!.

Just practice, don't give up, and you'll get a natural feel for itWww@QuestionHome@Com

its very uncommon for someone to be able to do one right away!.!.!. keep working on it! It took me like a month to learn to do one and hold it for a while!. Just focs on the ground when your in the handstand, and squeeze every single muscle, this should help!. also you want your feet to be a little bit leaning over your body, and don't worry this feeling will take a while to get used to!. My brothers do gymnastics!. They have to hold handstands against the wall for 5 minutes!. And they have to do one handed handstands too (yes, it's possible)!.

Know hollow position: suck in your stomach and squeeze your butt!. Always keep legs straight and together!. Point your toes!. also, practice it against a wall and then on the floor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

push your arms into the ground while you keep your feet pointed and legs straight and together and pushing towards the sky!. do not put your head up, have your chin to your chest!. while getting up into the handstand!. give a good kick!. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
