When you grind you want to position your feet a little more than shoulder-width apart!. Then you want to position yourself right behind the girl and you want to roll your hips!. Picture a cross in your head and then connect the dots with your hips!. You push your hips forward a little, then to the right a little, then back, and then toward the front again!. After that it's just your imagination!.
