Yep, stretching is all you really can do!. Dont expect to be able to do that in a week though!. You should take an hour a day to work out, stretch your body out, and work on stretching your legs out!. Work on splits!. What you can also do is what I like to call the gravity stretch!. lie on your back and stretch your legs in a straddle so that your butt is right up against the wall and your legs are right up against the wall as well!. This stretches out your hips so that you'll have more flexibility there as well!. It all just takes practice! Good luck and have fun!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Stretching regularly is very important!. No its required lol!.!.!.but strengthening is important as well!. Increased flexibility helps in increased strength, but if you practice, it'll help you to be able to not lose your balance by making your supporting leg stronger!. You can just strengthen your balancing skills as you work on your flexibility!. (balance in passe, balance with one leg 90 degreesor higher in front of you, balance with one leg 90 degrees or higher beside you)
And as with everything, try to keep each side equally strong and flexible, so stretch AND strengthen both sides!

but its mroe to it than that!.
its precisely the wayyy you stretch!.
if u can do a split, then stretch in your split for a minute each day while touching your toe!.
stretch in a stratle 3 times, meaning sit in a V position and stretch to the left for 20 seconds, right, and middle!.
it doesnt take 5 minutes to learn how to do what you're asking, but it should take about two or 3 weeks if u stretch every single day!. after a week try to lift your leg up to that position as much as it goes!. dont strain yourself, but just get comfortable with doing that!. after the first week, for the next 2 weeks after that keep going!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
