Question: How do i become more flexible!?
I've been told by a few people to 'strech' does anyone know what kind of strenching exersizes would make me more flexible (if you do gymnastics dance sport or just know!?)!.

well i take ballet and you need to open legged stretches like open your leg all the way and stretch forward as far as you can you're suppose to go to the ground but some people aren't the flexibile do this when you wake up when yuor muscles are weak and when you get out of the tub while your muscles are still warmWww@QuestionHome@Com

The best way to become flexible is stretches, doing the splits makes you're legs flexible, having a spotter to help you to do a back hand spring!.laying on the ground pushing you're hands and feet up so you will look like an arch stay there for a while then do it every day for at least 20-30 minutes!. Doing the stretches will only flex you're lower body!. But doing something to make you look like an arch in the back and the back hand spring will help you in the upper body!. While in the splits take you're hands and lean to one side of you're body!. The splits are when you take one leg and the other and push then as far as possible until you fell like you gone far enough you should do this at least 20-30 minutes!. For the back hand spring and the arch looking thing you should do that for at least 20-30 minutes each!.

What I would do is get into the splits and hold it as far down as i can for 30 seconds then go a little farther for 30 more seconds repeat as many times as I could on each leg every day!. I would also do middle splits doing the same method as above!. To stretch out your back i would recommend a bridge!. You lay on your back and push up into an arch position!.

Just go in split position and hold them for every day and you will eventually get them!. You can also go it stradle position and stretch to each legs and to the middle!. You can stretch in butterfly position as well!. also, put your legs straight out in front of you and lay on them (reach for your feet) good luck and hope this helps!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

you can't do splits!? NOT THE RIGHT ATTITUDE! if you want it, you gotta try!. sit in the best split you can do for a minute a day, both legs, and try to do a straddle split too so you don't get uneven!. and do deep lunges!. there is no 'can't' in dancing, you just haven't tried hard enough!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

do toe touches and each day reach a little further!. as well, do the pancake ( where you sit on the floor spread your legs as far apart as the go and reach forward with your arms!. gradually you'llbe able to reach farther!. also practice the spilts position, and each day go down a little farther!.!. it won't happen over night! But effort and patience will get you there!
