You might need some open space for this:
put your back on the floor and pull up your legs and set them on a wall so it looks like you're sitting just upside-down
next pull your legs as far apart as you can without getting hurt
then just stay there for five minutes a day you can listen to music while doing this
when you finish you can try all of your splits and you'll get better every day!
be sure to stretch before this or it will hurt badlyWww@QuestionHome@Com

When you do the middle split you have to turn your feet out to the side so your leg can open more and you need to do more open-legged stretches like the butterfly and the second position leg stretches you need to work on turning out your hip joint also try taking modern ballet it makes you more flexibileWww@QuestionHome@Com

Can you do a right or left split!? If so, the easiest way I have found is to turn into it from that!. Be sure to keep your upper body straight! It's also really good to do a lot of other stretches first!. Especially when you're first learning the splits!. It makes it easier!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think that the best way to do the middle splits is like what blondie0 said just stretch in a straddle for along time then slowly roll over and hold it!. Middle splits are really hard but you'll get them!!! I love your quest!. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, I can do all my splits and what happened with me is that once I was able to do my right and left splits the middle one was easy for me!. Hope that helps!.!.!.kinda!.!.!.maybe!.!.!.^^;;Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sit with your both legs spread and stretch to each side and down the middle!. Everyday pull forward til you can't go any further (or there is pain)!. Practice and stretching makes perfect!Www@QuestionHome@Com
