Hi there,
Pirouettes are quite difficult at first, but you just need to master the different points of it!.

Spot:
Try spinning in a tight circle and just focus on whipping your head around really quick!. I try to focus on a spot on the wall or wherever I am spotting!.

Core:
Do crunches, sit-ups, and any other ab/core working exercises!. When you have good core strength, you will have more control over your turns!.

Arms:
Try holding a beach ball in your arms when doing the pirouette!. Then, once you are used to it, just imagine one!. You want your arms to be like a perfect circle!. If your arms are too low, you will fall forward, if your arms are too high, you will fall backwards!. Keep them in the middle for a steady turn!.

I suggest preparing for the pirouette, then snapping your leg into passe!. Land!. Then snap you leg into passe again while snapping onto relevee!. Do this many times with both sides!. I notice it helped me get the feeling of a pirouette without turning!. It also helps you get the proper leg form, ect!.
After you master snapping into passe, and have practised the other parts, try it all together!. Try to practise your pirouettes everyday, and you will notice a great improvement!.
Good Luck!! =)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Make sure you plie enough so that you will have some momentum!. And then make sure you releve and pull everything up tight and centered!. If you're doing right turns in second position make sure the ball of your right foot is underneath your belly button!. That will help you balance and not be all wobbly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hey i answered you back question and said i had the same prob!. and this is really creepy cuz i had the same question all i can tell ya is to PRACTICE!!!! Practice makes perfect!!! And if you want them really badly then start doing a routine of pirouettes just remember balance and i don't know if you meant pointe shoes or not cuz thats a totally different thing Good Luck Hope I Helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

hold your turning position in front of a mirror, and make sure your standing straight, supporting leg is straight, and toe is to the knee (if doing pirouttes) !

You might need to use more power or maybe you are using too much power!. You might need to work on your balance if you're always falling over!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
