Do the stretches you remember from your dance classes, as you are more familiar with them!. Make sure NOT to bob when reaching though, it tears your muscles!. So, you may feel like you are going farther when stretching, but you are causing serious long-term harm to your muscles!.
also, make sure you are warm when stretching!. Wear warm clothing, or jog on the spot for 30 seconds!. Just be warm!. If you stretch when cold it is VERY bad for your muscles!.
Good luck!! =)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I don't know who said that bobbing is not good because it is!. Whan you stretch your leg and it starts shaking that a good thing because your muscle fibers are tearing and they will build back stronger and won't shake as much the next time!. Try pointing your toe in tendue and then kick ur leg high in devellope in front side and back!. Then find something to put your leg on that is higher than 90 degrees and stretch front, side, backWww@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah, do more splits and more open-legged stretches put your leg up on something long like the wall and push back and forth and then grab your feet and put it all the way to your head suck in your stomach and butt so when you put your leg higher you can keep your balanceWww@QuestionHome@Com

put your leg , up on something higher then 90 degrees, and take the opposite arm, and reach for the foot!.

leg lifts, *STRETCH BEFORE*

and things like that!(:

Butterflies, splits, anything really! (As long as it's done correctly, of course!.) You should look some stretches up on YouTube!! That can be very helpful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

wall splits can work!. Especially for those grand battenments to the backWww@QuestionHome@Com
